Dr Peter Ford has been a GP in the area since 1982. He enjoys the broad spectrum of General Practice, including shared obstetric care and surgical procedures of the skin.
Support for medical and nursing student training together with General Practice Registrar training is enthusiastically provided as he is a Clinical Lecturer in the Dept of General Practice, University of Adelaide. He is Treasurer of the AMA, and former President of the AMA SA.
Dr Peter Joseph
Dr Joseph has been in General Practice for 37 years, and the last 13 of which have been in this Practice. He still enjoys the full range of problems in General Practice including minor surgery, consultations across the range of age groups, Nursing Home visiting, and teaching as a Clinical Lecturer in the University of Adelaide. He is a past President of the AMA SA and past President of the RACGP. He has served on the Australian Health Ethics and Health Advisory Committee of the NHMRC.

Dr Bryan Robertson
Dr Bryan Robertson completed his General Practice training in 2008 and has worked at this Practice since then. Bryan has clinical interests in children’s health, obstetric shared care, and devotes 1-2 sessions per week to visiting residential aged care facilities.
Bryan also works 1 day per week as a medical educator for General Practice trainees. He has a FRACGP and a Dip Child Health and works Monday to Friday.
Dr Stella Prescott
Dr Stella Prescott completed her medical degree through the University of Adelaide in 2005 followed by an internship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. She then went on to work full time for the Royal Australian Airforce while completing her specialty training in General Practice. She has worked in various locations throughout Australia and the Northern Territory as a GP and an aeromedical doctor for the Defence force.
Stella has worked at Pioneer Medical Centre first as a registrar and then as a specialist GP since 2008. She has special interests in women's and children's health, gynaecology and sexual health. She is accredited to insert Implanon devices. Stella works on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
Dr Penny Need
Dr Penny Need completed her Undergraduate Studies at the University of Adelaide in 2005. She has since completed Post Graduate training in Crystal Brook and various urban locations. She has a Diploma in Child Health and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of general Practitioners. She also works as a tutor for medical students at the Adelaide University and as a Medical Educator at Flinders University.
She is a mother of two young boys and plays basketball and enjoys water skiing. She has a special interest in Women’s and Children’s health but enjoys the full spectrum of health care that General Practice offers. She does Implanon insertions and excisions of small skin lesions.
Dr Paul Davidson
Dr Paul Davidson completed his medical degree at Flinders University in 2012 following a previous career as a physicist with the Department of Defence. He has recently completed his speciality training in General Practice and joined Pioneer Medical Centre as a full-time doctor Monday to Friday. He is interested in all aspects of General Practice, with particular interests in men's health and exision of small skin lesions. He is accredited to insert Implanon devices.
He grew up in the North Eastern suburbs and continues to reside in the area with his girlfriend, who is also a GP, and their engergetic chocolate Labrador Harvey. In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym and working on his various electronics projects, including building computers and arcade machines.
